Founder
Christina is a 17 year old Senior in High school who will be studying Musical Theater in the fall at college. Christina her self is a cancer survivor, and has been cancer-free for 5 years!
Event Director
Jamie Petrone is the founding executive director and coordinator of "Mastering The Audition's Musical Theatre Worshop." As a professional actress she has performed Off Broadway, on National Tours, regionally throughout the country, in television and film. She is a member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and on the national advisory board of the I AM PWD Inclusion in the Arts & Media of People With Disabilities) campaign. Gaby Carpanzano
Gaby is a junior in college, and is excited to help JUMP for a cure for childhood cancer. Having encountered cancer, when her sister christina was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer, Gaby has always had a passion to help those in need. Gaby is currently the Vice President for the UConn Student Government, and an active member in youth sports in her community.
Sean Dunn
Sean Dunn is a senior in college and is studying Computer Science. When not make iPhone applications or working for IBM, he devotes his time to JUMP for a Cure. JUMP is dear to his heart because his soon to be sister- in- law Christina, and the founder of JUMP, had Cancer at a young age. Sean and Gaby recently became engaged after 6 years of dating and Sean is happy to help in whatever he can, and hopes you will help us as well! Come and JUMP into the fun!
Kelly Riordan
Kelly Riordan is a 17-year-old senior in high school. She got involved with JUMP through her good friend Christina Carpanzano. She has been affected by cancer through her friend Amber's passing in September 2009 and her grandfather's passing in 2002, both from Leukemia. Kelly is officially the day manager of JUMP, but she is helping out in all other areas in any way that she can! Kelly will be studying special education at Simmons College in the fall.
Katie Mazan
Katie Mazan is 17 years old, a senior, and is currently getting prepared to go off to college. Katie has been doing musical theater through her high school, Trinity Catholic, and many other places for the past four years. Katie is ecstatic to be a part of JUMP! She would like to thank Christina Carpanzano and Jamie Petrone for getting her involved. JUMP is dear to Katie's heart and she would like to dedicate the work she does through JUMP to Amber Nau, a good friend who passed away from Leukemia in September.
Lea Carpanzano
Lea is the sister of Gaby and Christina. Lea is a very talented singer and actress, who has a passion for helping those in need. She is the President of The student council of her middle school, and has a twin brother. Lea is so excited to help JUMP for a cure
Julie Ertl
Julie Ertl is seventeen years old and will be attending Boston College in the fall. She cultivated her love for theatre in middle school, a love which only grew stronger throughout her four years at Convent of the Sacred Heart, her high school. Through JUMP, Julie hopes to spread her love and joy to others and raise money for such a worthy cause. For the event, she is performing and helping out in all areas where she is needed. Julie has known many people, including grandparents and childhood friends, who have been affected by cancer, and Julie would like to thank her friend Christina Carpanzano for founding JUMP and for getting her involved.
David Vatman
David Vatman is a sophomore in college. He was introduced to JUMP by his girlfriend Julie Ertl and his friend Christina Carpanzano. David is very happy and proud to be a part of such a wonderful organization. When he is not doing work for JUMP, David plays video games, writes poetry, and reads novels.
